Heimat Projects is the area of Heimat SRL dedicated to consulting, co-design and the development of sustainable models for territories, communities and organisations.

We work with public bodies, social enterprises, cultural organisations and local administrations to design paths that integrate housing, culture, energy, relationships, accessibility and social impact.

Each project starts from listening to its context and translates into concrete actions capable of generating shared value over time.

Accessibility and inclusive design

For us, accessibility is neither a technical requirement nor a label,
but a cultural, design and organisational choice.

Within our consulting paths, we support organisations in reading and rethinking spaces, services, communication and processes from the perspective of the people who experience them.

Our approach is non-technical and experience-centred.
We focus on identifying physical, communicative, cultural and relational barriers, and on accompanying the creation of more accessible, safe and inclusive contexts.

This work may include:

• qualitative (non-technical) accessibility assessments

• inclusive design consulting for spaces, services and experiences

• listening-based reviews involving users, teams and communities

• organisational support on accessibility, safety and internal practices

This perspective runs across all our areas of intervention, from housing to culture, from energy to participatory processes.

Projects and Trajectories

As part of our consultancy and territorial design activities, Heimat SRL has also chosen to engage with energy as a collective good.

In 2025, we joined CER Monviso, a Renewable Energy Community that promotes the production and sharing of renewable energy among citizens, businesses and local organisations connected to the same primary substation.

This decision aligns fully with our vision:
to build housing, cultural and community-based models that place people, relationships, territories and sustainability at the centre.

In Focus​

Heimat SRL’s Membership in CER Monviso​

In 2025, Heimat SRL took a significant step in its path of social and territorial innovation by joining CER Monviso.

Our energy system is scheduled for implementation in spring 2026, with construction work starting in February.

Joining the energy community represents for us not only a technical choice, but a cultural commitment: contributing to a fairer, participatory and locally rooted energy transition.

This experience integrates with Heimat’s other activities — from hospitality to cultural and social design — strengthening an approach that combines environmental sustainability, social impact and care for communities.
