In the vast landscape of hospitality, Heimat stands out for its unwavering dedication to creating authentic and memorable experiences for every guest. For us, hospitality is not just a concept, but a philosophy that permeates every aspect of our property management business. We strive to transform spaces into welcoming and comfortable places, where every detail is carefully curated, and every guest is treated with warmth and respect. In addition to providing impeccable accommodations, we endeavor to exceed our guests' expectations by offering personalized services and genuine attention to their needs. With a genuine passion for hospitality and a steadfast commitment to excellence, Heimat is the ideal partner for those seeking an unforgettable stay experience, whether for leisure or business travel.
In our mission to promote authentic and quality hospitality, we are committed to collaborating with suppliers who share our values of integrity, quality, and sustainability. We work closely with a select network of partners that enable us to offer our guests high-quality products and services while upholding high ethical and environmental standards. In addition to collaborations with the for-profit sector, we also strive to promote social impact through partnerships with non-profit organizations and community initiatives. We support projects that promote local development, education, the environment, and social well-being. Through these collaborations, we seek to create a positive and lasting impact, contributing to building a more sustainable and inclusive future for all.
Joining the Disability Agenda
We are proud to announce our adherence to the Disability Agenda, a project promoted by the Crt Foundation and Cdp. This participatory inclusion model is the result of a lengthy process of listening and co-design involving approximately 300 stakeholders, including non-profit organizations and representatives of civil society.
The Agenda is structured around six fundamental strategic themes: social housing, supporting families, experiencing the territory, working to grow, learning inside and outside school, and caring for oneself and others. With over 3 million people with disabilities in Italy (5.14% of the population), of which about 225,000 are in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta alone (source: Istat 2019), we believe it is essential to actively engage in improving the inclusion of everyone.
Heimat has committed to adhering to 4 of the 6 established objectives, pledging to integrate these principles into our daily activities. We are determined to create a welcoming and accessible environment for all our guests, promoting hospitality that celebrates inclusion.
