Booking Traveller Review Awards 2026
What truly makes a stay special? It’s not only the comfort of a well-designed space or the convenience of a strategic location. Often, it’s the invisible details that make the difference: feeling welcomed, listened to, accompanied. Knowing that someone is taking care of your time, your needs, your experience.
It is with this spirit that we chose to work in hospitality. And it is for this reason that, just over a year after starting our activity, we were deeply honoured to receive the Traveller Review Award 2026, a recognition awarded by Booking.com based on verified guest reviews.

An award born from real experiences
Now in its fourteenth edition, the Traveller Review Awards recognise properties that have consistently maintained high standards of hospitality and quality over time. The score is based on the average of reviews received between 1 December 2022 and 30 November 2025. To receive the award, a property must have at least three reviews and an average score of 8 or higher.
A simple but rigorous criterion. And above all, an award that cannot be “requested”: it only comes when people choose to share their experience.
A family business, a clear idea of hospitality
Heimat Srl is a family-run business and has been operating in hospitality for just over a year.
A short time, yet long enough to understand that we had chosen the right direction:
to build stays based on care, relationships, and genuine attention to those who arrive.
For us, hosting does not simply mean offering accommodation, but taking responsibility for the well-being of our guests before, during, and after their stay.
An apartment designed for well-being
The apartment is a three-room flat, located in a quiet area that is well connected to the centre of Turin thanks to the metro.
The Inalpi Arena can be reached in just 9 minutes, making the accommodation a convenient option for concerts and events. The location is also strategic for those who need to reach Turin’s main hospitals: CTO, Regina Margherita, Sant’Anna, and Molinette.
The apartment has two bedrooms, for a total of four beds, and is designed to offer comfort, functionality, and simplicity.
Comfort, accessibility, and attention to individual needs
The spaces are designed to be easy and comfortable to use:
nearby parking with wide manoeuvring areas
access to the bed from both sides
rooms with soft colours and simple, sober furnishings
On request, it is possible to add a cot if guests already have one.
The staff is trained and prepared to interact with people with disabilities, with the aim of offering a respectful, competent, and non-intrusive welcome.
Nearby there is also an accessible playground, designed to be a truly shared space.
The Heimat Hospitality Card: living the neighbourhood
We believe that hospitality does not end at the walls of a home. For this reason, we offer our guests the Heimat Hospitality Card, which provides access to discounts and special agreements with local neighbourhood businesses: pizzerias, cafés, an optician, massage services, and other local activities.
A way to support the local economy and to allow guests to experience the neighbourhood in an authentic, non-touristic way.
Discovering the city with those who live it
For those who wish to explore Turin in an authentic and mindful way, a tourist facilitation service is available (by reservation) in collaboration with Cityfriend: a local guide who accompanies guests on accessible, personalised routes built around the different needs and sensitivities of each participant.
A recognition that looks to the future
The Traveller Review Award 2026 is not a point of arrival for us, but an important confirmation at the beginning of our journey. It tells us that the path we have chosen—made of listening, care, and coherence—is the right one.
We will continue to do hospitality in this way:with attention to people, respect for places, and responsibility towards those who choose us.
