How to Get There and Where to Park
The most convenient starting point is Rifugio Auronzo, accessible via a panoramic toll road from Misurina. Here, you’ll find a large paid parking area right at the beginning of the trail. In the summer months, it’s best to arrive early to secure a spot and enjoy the calm of the early morning hours.
Stress-Free Shuttle Bus
If you prefer to leave your car in the valley, you can take the shuttle bus from Misurina or Dobbiaco. The service is frequent, comfortable, and takes you directly to Rifugio Auronzo, allowing you to admire the landscape without worrying about driving or parking.

The Tre Cime di Lavaredo Circular Route
The classic loop is about 10 km long and can be completed in 3–4 hours with minimal elevation gain. Starting from Rifugio Auronzo, the trail runs along the southern side to Rifugio Lavaredo and Forcella Lavaredo, a panoramic point where you can admire the Tre Cime in their iconic shape.
The path continues to Rifugio Locatelli, offering a 360° view of the Sesto Dolomites, before closing the loop and returning along the northern side.
